  1. In India, these steel boxes have been used since generations. But recently, after brands like ikea, home centre have hit the market, people have started to use fancy utensils which now we learn are not healthy alternatives. What im realising is, how important critical thinking is. People are quick to swap old steel “boring” boxes with fancy plastic ones but little do we know how much this costs us in the long run.

  2. @BryanJohnson can you talk about how much time we need to spend a day to carry out these routines and can you work on minimising that time yourself because even if we live for 120 years, these protocols looks to consume most of the time. It will be a learning for all of us. Thankyou.

  3. What about water? You can get a 6 stage Reverse Osmosis system with remineralization for like $200. Best health ROI possible in my opinion.
