  1. A real doctor would advise against buying *food” from Costco. Anything frozen kills the living enzymes as well. Dead food.

  2. I moved, the Costco’s here do not carry Suja. I miss the mighty dozens. In my current state I can only find Uber greens at select Target’s. I buy apple juice and mix em for my children. The Costco here also carries next to no organic fruit/veggies. I miss west coast Costco.

Also, for anyone wondering, those ramen noodles are good. Best healthy option I’ve found.

  3. Good list, BUT
Organic Pasture Raised Eggs from Costco is Trash. I used to buy them, but I can’t tell a difference from cheap eggs. I’m convinced that they are not pasture raised. That egg yolk is barely yellow.
We only buy Vital Farms Eggs, their yolks are always dark orange.
